Admiral Flota Sovetskogo Soyuza Kuznetsov was an aircraft carrier serving as the flagship of the Russian Navy. She was built by the Black Sea Shipyard, the sole manufacturer of Soviet aircraft carriers, in Nikolayev within the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic.
