Ruth Thorlby

Ruth Thorlby was the Deputy Director of Policy at the Nuffield Trust between 2010 and 2017. She is now Director of Policy at the Health Foundation. Her research interests include NHS reform, GP commissioning, accountability, international comparisons and health inequalities.
