Samuel Voss

Samuel Voss was a member of the True Believers community residing on the surface of the post-Apocalyptic Earth. He used to be a resident of the Lighthouse before he alongside many other True Believers were exiled to the surface. He based and led the Believers to a destroyed Zephyr One.
