Santiago Canton Life story
Santiago A. Canton is the former director of the Peter D. Bell Rule of Law Program at the Inter-American Dialogue and an international visiting scholar at American University, Washington College of Law. From 2016 to 2019, he was the secretary of Human Rights of the province of Buenos Aires.
