Sarah Beeny's Selling Houses

Sarah Beeny climbs the property ladder once again, landing on this series that sees the presenter helping folks maximise the sale of their homes. She accomplishes this by giving them a unique opportunity to check out the competition. Each episode brings together three homeowners who are desperate to sell and one buyer. The homeowners check out each other's properties to help them decide what they need to do to make their home stand out to the buyer. Along the way Sarah provides her advice to each homeowner on what changes she thinks should be made to their home. The sellers must then decide to either follow Sarah's advice or go with their own instincts, and they're given one week to make any changes.
