Sarah Katherine King Life story
Born Sarah Katherine (Catherine?) King, she was the daughter of Robert and Malinda King whose farm near Blue Springs, Missouri war near that of Morgan Walker. Known as Kate, she met William Clarke Quantrill when he and about 100 of his men were camped nearby the King farm, and Quantrill was speaking to her father.
