Sarah Louise Northcott Life story
In Riverside County in December 1928, Sarah Louise Northcott was convicted of the murder of Walter Conrad Collins and was sentenced to 12 years in prison. She served four and a half years at San Quentin, was later transferred to the Institution for Women at Tehachapi, and was paroled on May 30, 1940.
