Scott C. Silver Life story
Scott C. Silver attended college at Clark University where he earned his Bachelors degree in film and business. After Clark, he was accepted into the Editing discipline at the world renowned American Film Institute (AFI). There he met Chady Eli Mattar and the duo co-Founded Silvatar Media, LLC in late 2008.
