Scott Douglas Lively is an American activist, author, attorney, and former Massachusetts gubernatorial candidate. He is the president of Abiding Truth Ministries, a conservative Christian organization based in Temecula, California which is listed by the Southern Poverty Law Center as an anti-gay hate group.
