Sega Lengko

Sega Lengko is a typical cirebonese dish in Cirebon, Indramayu, Brebes, Tegal and surrounding areas. The ingredients are white rice, fried tempeh, fried tofu, cucumbers, bean sprouts, leaves of chives, fried onions, peanut sauce, and a thin soy sauce poured over the top.
