Seiya Kaihatsu (Japanese: 開發聖也; born: July 30, 1987 (1987-07-30) [age 35]), better known online as SEIKIN is a Japanese YouTuber and singer-songwriter. His brother, Hikaru Kaihatsu, is also a popular YouTuber in Japan, under the name of HIKAKIN. In fact, HIKAKIN inspired SEIKIN to be a YouTuber.
