Serhii Kulchytskyi Life story
Serhii Petrovych Kulchytskyi was head of the military and special training directorate at the National Guard of Ukraine. Gen Kulchytskyi was killed during the Siege of Sloviansk, when his helicopter was downed by armed pro-Russian separatists.
