Seth Grayson was the Director Of Communications and Press Secretary under Frank Underwood. Originally hired by tycoon Raymond Tusk to find information that would undermine Vice-President Frank Underwood, Grayson used the evidence he unearthed to obtain a position on Underwood's staff through Claire Underwood.
