About Seychelles Parakeet
The Seychelles parakeet or Seychelles island parrot is an extinct species of parrot that was endemic to the Seychelles group in the Indian Ocean. It resembled the Alexandrine parakeet, but was smaller and lacked the pink colour in its collar.
