Shanshen Yang Life story
Yang Shanshen was a Chinese artist known for his flower-and-bird paintings. His use of atmospheric blurs set off by graphic lines, are hallmark elements of his work. Born in 1913 in Chiqi, China, he was influenced by Gao Jianfu and Gao Qifeng as a youth.
