Sherzod Shermatov Life story
Sherzod Shermatov was born in 1977. He graduated from Tashkent State Technical University (1998) and Yale University, USA (2000). From November 2016 to February 2017, he was the First Deputy Minister for the Development of IT and Communications. He was also the rector of Inha University in Tashkent.1998
