Shingas Life story
Shingas, was a Lenape chief and warrior who became noted for his military activities in the Ohio Country during the French and Indian War. Allied with the French, Shingas led numerous raids on Anglo-American settlements during the war, for which he was nicknamed "Shingas the Terrible" by the settlers.
