Shirley Anne Milburn Life story
Shirley Ann Milburn (16 February 1949 - 20 June 1987) was Peel's first wife, who was an American he married in 1965. She was an orphan (both parents died in 1965) Peel had first got to know through letters and calls on WRR in Dallas, where he was working.
