Shiro Kanzaki is the mastermind behind the Rider War and the main antagonist of Kamen Rider Ryuki. He is the controller of Kamen Rider Odin and the one who set up the Rider War in order to revive his sister Yui. He was portrayed by Kenzaburo Kikuchi.
