Dr.Shiva Maya Tumbahamphe is a Nepali politician and the member of parliament. She has served as the Minister of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs and as the deputy speaker of the House of Representatives. She has been active in politics for more than four decades as a communist leader in eastern Nepal.
