Sir Anthony Felton, Of Playford Life story
Biography. Anthony Felton was the third generation of the family to live in Playford. He was Sheriff of Suffolk in 1597, knighted in 1603 and in the 1590s he married into the nobility, his wife being a daughter of Lord Grey de Groby.
