Sir David Stewart, 1st Of Rosyth Life story
Sir David Stewart, 1st Laird of Rosyth was born about 1388 in Rosyth, Fife, Scotland. He was the the son of Robert Stewart and his wife Janet MacDougall. He married Margaret Dundas (1394 -1433) the daughter of James Canmore Dundas and his wife Christian Stewart, Countess of Dundas about 1412.
