Sir Hugh Evans

Sir Hugh Evans is a Welsh parson and the schoolmaster of Windsor; he has not lost his very heavy accent either in English or in Latin, which is a source of much amusement to the others. A decent fellow, he tries to be a peace-broker in Windsor, though with only mixed success.
