Sir John Eccles Life story
Sir John Eccles is the son of John Eccles, Esquire of Orange Grove and Elizabeth Best of Hornby Castle. Sir John is the grandson of "Gilbert Eccles of Shannock." He was the "Justice of Peace" in Dublin 1724-1727. He erected the "Old St. George Church" Drumcondra on Hill Street in Dublin.
