Phillip Collington, Jr. is an American rapper from Manhattan, New York. He is known by a variety of stage names, with the most notable of which being Sir Menelik, Scaramanga, and Cyclops 4000. He is the founder of Sun Large Music and Star of the Empire Management/Publishing.
