Sir Philip Parker, 1st Baronet, was an English politician who sat in the House of Commons between 1679 and 1687. Parker was the son of Sir Philip Parker of Erwarton and his wife Dorothy Gawdy, daughter of Sir Robert Gawdy of Claxton, Norfolk.
