Sir Ralph Rice Life story
Sir Ralph Rice (1781-1850), served as the third Recorder or government legal officer of Penang from 1817 to 1824, and was later Senior Puisne Judge of the Bombay Supreme Court. He was buried at Tooting in Surrey, England.
