Sir Reginald Scott Life story
Sir Reginald Scott was Sheriff of Kent and Captain of the castles of Calais and Sangatte. Sir Reginald Scott was born about 1512 at Scott's Hall in Smeeth, Kent, England. He was the second son of Sir John Scott and Anne Pympe. Through his mother's side of the family his lineage went back to "Longshanks," King Edward I.
