Sir Thomas Mildmay, 1st Baronet of Moulsham, Essex, was an English politician. He was the eldest son of Sir Thomas Mildmay of Moulsham and Lady Frances Radclyffe and was educated at Queens' College, Cambridge and Corpus Christi College, Cambridge.
