Do-it-yourselfers looking to beautify their home get a hammer-to-the-shin surprise when "Sledgehammer" host and licensed contractor Jason Cameron arrives at the door. He promises to remodel any rooms the homeowners choose, but there's a catch: The DIYers have just 30 minutes to demolish each interior with a sledgehammer. The most important decision is where to start -- the kitchen, bath, or maybe, basement, then living room? -- because each room must be completely gutted before trashing the next.
