About Snead Island
Snead Island is a small island near Bradenton, Florida. The island is primarily residential, though there are two private dry boat storage facilities and remnants of a former palm tree nursery. Emerson Point Preserve is a 365 acres preserve operated by Manatee County on the western end of Snead Island.
