Soda Popinski

Soda Popinski appeared as Vodka Drunkenski in Super Punch-Out!! as the third opponent. He is fought very similarly to Super Macho Man, except his speed and reflexes are higher (at the expense of lower attacking power) and he utilizes complex punching patterns.
