Canadian waitress Cheryl Ann (Catherine Fitch) feels trapped by her dead-end job serving doughnuts at a small-town cafe and by her loveless relationship with her moody spouse, Terry (Scott Renderer). Things get even worse, though, when she learns that Terry is cheating on her.
