Mikhail Kutuzov was a light cruiser project no. 68-bis of the Soviet and later the Russian Navy's Black Sea Fleet. She was laid down at the Black Sea Shipyard in Nikolayev on 23 February 1951 and commissioned on 30 February 1954.
