Carlos Hayes, also known as (Spanky Hayes) is an American comedian, rapper, skateboarder, and actor, best known for being one of the recurring cast members from Season 1 until Season 6. He returned to the show in Season 15 of the improv comedy show Wild 'N Out on MTV, MTV2 and VH1.
