Sphintus Carmen is a Magician training in Magnostadt. At Magnostadt Academy, he was the roommate of Aladdin. Though originally in the 4th Kodor, he worked his way up to the 1st Kodor. He is the heir of a noble family from the Heliohapt Kingdom.
