About State Of Roraima
Roraima, Brazil's northernmost state, is known for its Amazon rainforest. The capital city, Boa Vista, on the west bank of the Rio Branco, is close to the national parks of Serra da Mocidade to the southwest and Monte Roraima to the north. With its steep cliffs and mysterious flat-top plateau, Monte Roraima–shared with Venezuela and Guyana–was supposedly Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's inspiration for “The Lost World. ”
