Former Miami Heat dancer Traci Young-Byron runs the Young Contemporary Dance Theatre, which is the home of an elite dance company. For the members of her co-ed team, their biggest competition is one another -- each week, they dance to earn a coveted spot in a high-stakes performance. Young-Byron hasa tough, no-nonsense approach to training her dancers in disciplines that include ballet, jazz, hip-hop and modern.
