About Strawberry Banks


Strawberry Banks is a 5. 06-hectare biological Site of Special Scientific Interest in Gloucestershire, notified in 1993. This is a Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust nature reserve. The banks are thought to have once been used to grow strawberries, hence the name, and be the crash site of a Second World War German bomber.
