Sun-Joo Shin Life story
Sun-Joo Shin is Professor of Philosophy at Yale University. She is widely known for her groundbreaking work on diagrammatic reasoning. In her first book, The Logical Status of Diagrams (1994), she gave the first fully worked-out example of a logical system based on diagrams (in this case, Venn diagrams).
