Swamp Men

The Florida Everglades' Big Cypress Swamp, under the governance of people of the Seminole tribe, is home to more than 1,600 animals that run wild on thousands of acres. The Billie Swamp Safari offers visitors a chance to come face to face with the animals, ranging from ostriches and bison to venomous snakes and raccoons. The goal -- in line with Native Americans' love of harmony with nature -- is to immerse the visitors in the wild.
