Tav MacDougall

Tav MacDougall is an actor who portrayed Travers in the film adaptation of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. He is credited as a Death Eater that participated in the Battle of the Department of Mysteries, although Travers is not noted to have participated in said battle in the novel.
