About Tetsu Shinjou
Tetsu Shinjou is a minor antagonist of the first arc of Cardfight!! Vanguard. He, alongside Ren Suzugamori, created the Foo Fighter Organization. Due to Ren's general apathy, however, Tetsu essentially manages the entirety of the organization by himself.
