Thaddeus Harris Life story
Captain Harris (played by G.W. Bailey in the films and voiced by Len Carlson in the cartoon), "Mister Nasty" of the police academy, he always attempts to discredit Lassard and his men, but ends up being the butt of most of the jokes. Starting with Police Academy 4 : Citizens On Patrol, he inherits Proctor from Mauser.
