The Case

This courtroom drama tells the story of Tony Powell, who is accused of murdering his terminally ill partner, Saskia. But Tony claims it was a case of assisted suicide and he just helped her kill herself. A letter, that was apparently written by Saskia, confirms Tony's story but a videotape he claims they made together is missing. Defending Tony are barristers Sol and Julie, who see that Tony's love for Saskia was geniune. But Sol becomes convinced that Tony is holding something back.
