About The Gathering Storm
A view on Winston Churchill's pre-war years and the daring lengths to which he went to warn the British people of the threat posed by Adolf Hitler and the Nazi regime. The film explores Churchill's return from the brink of political obscurity after his exile from government, and the price he paid in his private life before re-emerging as the nation's leader during World War II.
