About The Glory Brigade
Sam Prior (Victor Mature) is a lieutenant in the army during the Korean War. He is of Greek heritage, so is proud to be assigned to work with a U. N. detachment of Greek soldiers headed by Lt. Nikias (Alexander Scourby). But when most of Prior's men are gunned down in an attack, he blames the Greek detachment, branding them as cowards. Prior will have to overcome his prejudice against Nikias' troops, however, if he wants to escape this battle alive.
