About The Luck Of Ginger Coffey
James "Ginger" Coffey (Robert Shaw), an unemployed Irishman whose nickname stems from his red hair and mustache, moves his family to Montreal in hopes of finding work. He has trouble getting a job, until a friend helps him land a lowly position at a newspaper. Because of his poor prospects, his wife (Mary Ure) leaves him, taking their daughter with her.
