After finishing his undergraduate studies, Joey (David Packer) is on the fast track to taking over the family law firm in Ohio, but before heading off to Yale Law, he decides to spend the summer in Los Angeles. While there, Joey meets Thunder (Brie Howard), a punk rocker who introduces him to a world he's never before experienced.
