Thierry Braspenning-Balzacq

Thierry Balzacq is a French scholar specializing in IR Theory, security, and diplomatic studies. He is Francqui Research Chair, and holds the Tocqueville Chair in IR at the University of Namur. He teaches on methods of international relations at Sciences Po Paris.
